It's a shame the potatoes in the crepes are small squares, probably frozen. The tripe is plentiful and tasty. However, the dessert specialty, or teurgoule, is not for everyone. It's like sticky rice, a kind of heavy, sweet paste. I didn't like it at all. I won't be going back.

03/06/2026: The catering, at least for group menus...
03/06/2026: Hotel with a lovely location next to a lake. The reception staff are extremely pleasant and very professional. We came for a weekend getaway as a couple, but the room (Room 6) is completely impractical for two people. The two beds are pushed together and separate during the night, the bedding is unfortunately too hard, and there are stains on the sheets. The room is not at all spacious, and most importantly, there is no air conditioning... only a fan is available to cool the room. On the plus side, you can reserve 50-minute slots to enjoy the outdoor sauna and jacuzzi. The buffet breakfast is very well stocked with both sweet and savory options. It's fine for a weekend, but not for longer stays. If the few negative points I've listed were addressed, this place would be fantastic. Thank you anyway for the stay.
