10/12/2025: Hello, this evening at the McDonald's in Firminy around 7:00 PM, a furious customer attacked a young woman who was working the cashier in the drive-thru. This woman (of a certain age) first insulted me and my friend, who were in front of her in the drive-thru, because, according to her, the woman wanted to cut in line (she must have been very hungry, which made her grumpy). Then she turned on the young woman, who was working the cashier, yelling at her. Fortunately, the young woman managed to remain calm and professional, which didn't sit well with the older woman, who was clearly looking for a fight, just as she had done with me and my friend earlier. I'm leaving this comment because the situation made me laugh quite a bit until she started harassing the McDonald's employee, who was at work and certainly didn't have time for such nonsense. We witnessed the scene and hope the young woman at the drive-thru cashier isn't in any trouble. Have a good evening and thank you to the professionalism of the team at the Firminy McDonald's.

29/11/2025: A bit disappointed with the atmosphere and the food; it's gone downhill considerably.
