Excellent meal from start to finish!
The boquerones, while not from Collioure, are the best I've ever had, and the French toast is in my top three brioches.
The setting is pleasant, and the service was professional with a sense of humor. Honestly, nothing to complain about; the portions were perfect. Remember to book ahead, as the dining room isn't large.

Wow, we just had a delicious meal; it was cooked over an open fire, with a lovely smoky flavor. The octopus is highly recommended!

The service was very good.
The food was very good, but not extraordinary. The dishes were made with fresh produce.

The food is exceptional; everything is fresh, refined, and perfectly cooked.
The portions are enormous, but nothing is wasted.
Succulent sea bream, fresh fries cooked in beef fat, double-cooked.
Every detail is mastered: the fresh water, the bread, and even the salt are of high quality.
The service is impeccable too.
I'm quite picky, and this restaurant restores my faith in the profession.
For this price, you get an extraordinary meal. Congratulations!

We went to El Calillo today—everything was fantastic: cozy, delicious, and authentic. It was especially nice to witness a situation where new guests arrived and all the tables were occupied. The manager asked them to wait a bit, brought them a table, and graciously seated them—it was very pleasant and professional. Keep up the good work!
