Ein schönes, kleines peruanisches Restaurant in der Nähe der Expo, das nicht auf der ersten Blick auffällt, aber die Suche lohnt sich.
Die Inhaber sind unglaublich freundlich und freuen sich, wenn man zumindest probiert spanisch zu sprechen.
Ich selbst habe zuvor noch nicht peruanisch gegessen, aber für mich waren die Speisen "exotisch" und geschmacksintensiv, daher denke ich schon authentisch.
Sehr groß ist das Lokal nicht, aber dennoch der Besuch sehr lohnenswert.

We spent an unforgettable evening at the El Chalan restaurant! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by smiling and attentive staff. The authentic and colorful decoration.
The dishes were delicious. We started with two starters: 1 cold and 1 hot. The flavors were perfectly balanced.
Incakola and Chicha Morada (cold drink made from purple corn), were simply divine. Well we finished our meal with traditional desserts: Pina Al Pisco and Flan de Lucuma.
The service was impeccable, fast and with a smile.
I recommend El Chalan to anyone who loves Peruvian cuisine or anyone who wants to discover new flavors.
