El Gaucho sur Cournon-D'Auvergne

Hello 👋 epicureans, passing through Cournon, I had the opportunity to eat in this establishment. The staff are friendly and welcoming, helpful and pleasant. However, the setting is quite cold and lacks color. Another area for improvement, the product... A Milanese escalope is made with veal and not chicken. On the other hand, the Argentinian wine 🍷 was excellent.

Ultra strong air conditioning, it was freezing. Way too much ice in the cocktail.

El Gaucho 2 years after my last visit. The place has changed and the meat is still good. The restaurant itself is a bit austere and for my part lacks a bit of atmosphere. An Argentinian restaurant? The name ok, the dishes ok and the rest? In any case, a good time with work colleagues with a very good meal. THANKS.

Un retour à ce restaurant argentin après six ans! Toujours une excellente qualité de viande mais nous avons été déçus par quelques défauts. Ayant réservé pour 13h30 mais il n'y avait déjà plus quelques morceaux dont le ris de veau dont je m'étais fait déjà un plaisir de déguster, mais pas non plus de salade verte qui accompagne les plats! Les entrées n'étaient pas au top, le chorizo argentin n'est qu'une bonne saucisse auvergnate calibrée comme un chorizo argentin, les empanadas à la viande sans plus. Mention très bien aux empanadas au maïs qui elles méritent d'en reprendre. Pas de dessert qui puisse s'assimiler à l'Argentine, ni confiture de lait ni pâte de coing ou de patate douce, bref nous sommes partis sans dessert! Globalement déçus de notre détour par le Massif Central pour cette adresse finalement.
