And it's a brilliant one. The tableware is magnificent, and the meal's narrative—a journey through it—is masterfully executed. In short, a pure moment of gastronomy. It's delicate, subtle, refined, and meant to be shared. Thank you so much! We loved it! We eagerly await the star.

05/04/2026: What I expect from a fine dining restaurant is a sense of wonder and emotion. I'm not talking about the excellence of the dishes, their extraordinary inventiveness, or perfect service, but the emotion one feels when sharing the chef's childhood memories through his cuisine.
