What can I say...a nice place that serves good wine and excellent meat. It's not cheap.
I'm not giving you a fifth star because you don't have gluten-free options (beer, bread, etc.).

We came as a group of nine last night, spending over €600 including a magnum of wine, etc. The service was adequate, but we waited an hour and a half for four rib-eye steaks (charcuterie to share). After an hour, I decided to celebrate my birthday, but we were made to wait another 30 minutes. It's unacceptable to make people wait like that! The kitchen staff couldn't care less, and neither could the manager. It's disrespectful to the customer. Especially since I reported it, and a poor waitress tried to mitigate the problem. The manager never came to see us. This is not good publicity for the establishment.

Lunch for two…
The meat was excellent quality.
The service was a bit slow despite the restaurant being quiet.
With the sweetbreads, I would have preferred a thicker jus rather than this one, which was a bit too thin for my taste.
Finally, and at this price, it's a major disappointment 😡 the salad wasn't rinsed properly: it was crunchy 🦷 Very unpleasant.

The staff were lovely, even under the pressure of a busy evening. We were informed of the wait time for our food, and it was respected. The ribeye steak was cooked perfectly and seemed to be of good quality. We had a great time in this lively square.
