El Paseo sur Labege

The service and advice are always top-notch. I only go to Piscinea now.

A huge thank you to Ben for his professionalism and good humor during our discussions. He was a great help in making our decision. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Ben's advice in-store; he's professional, attentive, and responsive. He gave me excellent recommendations and found the right products for my problem and budget. My pool is crystal clear again 💦.

I highly recommend this Piscinea store for its wide selection of products, but also and especially for the warm welcome and professionalism of the team. A very special thank you to Ben for his invaluable advice, his kindness, his availability, and his patience! He listened carefully to my needs and took the time to advise me perfectly and very clearly. Thank you again, and I recommend him without hesitation!

Ben gave us a very warm welcome and helpful advice.

The engine problem was handled well by the after-sales service and particularly by Eric who was very efficient.

We contacted Piscinea's customer service this morning about a pump problem that had tripped the circuit breaker, and Cyrille came to our rescue, taking the time to answer all our questions. He obviously fixed the initial problem, which was due to incorrect wiring, and he also gave us advice on filtration and app settings. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable! Thank you again! I highly recommend him!

Excellent service, really helpful and pleasant

We are 100% satisfied with the services offered. We buy our products there and go for water analyses. Everything is perfect. We went twice this week for a water analysis because our pool was green, and Cedric, who is very friendly and professional, gave us all the information we needed. The analysis is free if you buy the products there. We highly recommend Piscinea Aiguevives, and a special mention for Cedric's kindness, availability, and valuable advice. We also thank Ben, who is extremely attentive and knowledgeable. And then we called for more information, and he was very helpful.

A highly trustworthy pool builder! The pool is magnificent, and the quality of both the materials and the finishes is exceptional. Beyond the quality of the work, we particularly appreciated the team's attentiveness, valuable advice, and responsiveness. They always found quick solutions to any minor issues that arose during construction. Impeccable follow-up and truly personalized service from start to finish. We recommend them without hesitation!
