Excellent, I recommend without hesitation

We tested the pop-up menu for €26. As a starter, everyone loved the velouté with white beans. The same goes for the dish: the veal was well cooked and tender, even if the quantity was quite small (the dish looked a little lost in the middle of this large plate). For dessert, I really liked the apple chocolate variations. Those who had the tartlet found the biscuit quite hard to eat. If you have a coffee or tea you will be entitled to some bonus treats :)

Memorable evening! This restaurant offers delicious cuisine full of surprises. From the velvety combination of artichoke, Jerusalem artichoke chips and smoked herring, to orange-candied fennel and this old carrot with a beetroot flavor which enhances perfectly cooked fish! Each dish was tasty and well presented. I particularly enjoyed the saddle of lamb cooked at low temperature, accompanied by a delicious variation of potatoes and a reduction of juice. I’ll stop spoiling the discovery for you, it’s also part of the fun and in any case, your dinner will be as good as it gets. Don’t hesitate to choose judicious food and wine pairings that enhance the flavor of the dishes. The atmosphere was pleasant and the team was professional and attentive! To think that I could have missed an experience like this. I think this is worth a “VERY VERY GOOD” as Mr. François Régis Gaudry would say. Recommended ++++
