My partner and I came on a Saturday night, and the bar was packed. The atmosphere was great. We ate very well; the portions were generous. The service was quick, thanks to our waiter Hugo. It's a bit pricey, but that's typical of tapas. I highly recommend it.

Nice decor, friendly staff, but really overpriced for "tapas" which are decent enough but very basic. They only let you choose 10 or 15cl of wine by the glass, I've never seen that before... and almost 40 euros for a bottle at the beginning of the menu for a wine that's good, sure, but nothing exceptional... in short, for that price you might as well choose a really good restaurant, I think.

24/12/2025: A fantastic lunch spot in Aix! The ingredients are fresh, top quality, and everything is clearly homemade. You can tell from the sandwiches to the daily specials. The desserts are delicious too! The value for money is excellent, especially for Aix-en-Provence. Simple atmosphere, friendly and efficient service. A place where you'll eat well and return without hesitation!

Le Bistroquet

11/03/2026: We've eaten at Le Bistroquet several times and it's always been excellent. The vaulted ceiling in the restaurant's basement is truly beautiful, a real bonus. Special mention goes to the owner who is super friendly and really knows how to sell his dishes! One of our favorite restaurants in Aix 🍽️
08/03/2026: I highly recommend it. The service was impeccable, attentive, always offering great advice, and incredibly friendly. The decor is simply magnificent. The meal was excellent: succulent meat, the truffle linguine was divine, and the wine was absolutely perfect. The bill was reasonable. Go there; you won't be disappointed.
