First of all this was a great restaurant. Great atmosphere, very good service and the food was excellent. The cooking and creativity was on another level.
The thing I would highlight is a completely extraordinary dessert. Again the level of creativity was over the standards. We had one of the best
chocolate hearts that I’ve ever tasted, accompanied with a caramel ice cream, a banana smoothie and a passion fruit ice cream. We also had a cheese plate with local cheese. The last dessert was a combination of 5 different desserts. There was the same banana smoothie, a chocolate mousse with pecan nuts on top, a panne cotta, a peach compote and lastly a citrus cream.
The starters were also very delicious and creative. We had a plate with salmon, onions, guacamole and tomatoes. There is not much to say but it was very delicious.
For the main course we had a super delicious and a perfectly prepared and perfectly seasoned steak and some vegetables.
I would love to come back again.
I will have to give my compliments to the chef and I appreciate a chef with that amount of creativity.
Exquisite! A great experience in this spectacular corner in a wonderful environment, with exceptional service and food beyond words. We ordered the gourmand menu with different dishes to try. A festival of flavors from the starters to the desserts.
