A warm welcome and beautifully prepared cuisine, perfectly adapted to the seasons. I come here whenever I'm in the Pyrenees. Today was my last visit. I'm disabled and elderly, and I don't want to make the trip unnecessarily. As always, a warm welcome and excellent advice on pairing food and wine. Although they don't yet have a Michelin star, the Michelin Guide recognizes the chef's talent and recommends him in its publications, which is richly deserved.
