The bread is very good (my favorite is the Marius), the pastries are excellent and beautifully presented, with a flan I highly recommend trying, and the cream puffs are superb. My favorites are the praline, coconut, and strawberry-basil. But they're all so good, it's hard to choose. On the savory side, there's also a good selection, and I love ordering a salad that you can customize to your liking.

If someone had told me I'd one day be leaving a review for a bakery, I wouldn't have believed it 😁.
But I have to say, Emma's bakery in Escoublac is impeccable. It's no wonder this business is so successful.
The welcome and service are always genuinely warm. Even when it's packed, everything runs smoothly.
The products offer unbeatable value for money.
The opening hours are generous, which is a real plus for those who work irregular hours.
In short, it's beautiful, it's delicious.
Top 3: traditional baguette, Édouard bread, cream puffs… but everything is good!

We shop at Emma's every two days, and very often we get salads. Lately, the portions have been much smaller. Is this normal?
Also, are you planning to diversify your selection of pastries?

Excellent bakery. Everything is homemade. My recommendations: The cream puffs are amazing, the Viennese brioche and the homemade brioches are fantastic. I highly recommend them.

As a long-time customer of this bakery, I've witnessed several instances of employees settling scores in the past few weeks: loud reprimands in front of customers, and whispered (but still audible) gossip about each other. Without knowing the full story or who's at fault, it's unfortunate and unprofessional to have to deal with this as a customer. Despite this, the products are good and the service is generally friendly.

Their brioche is amazing. The breads are wonderful, and as for the cream puffs, be warned, they're highly addictive. I drive over 30km to stock up there! Absolutely splendid!

I visited this shop while spending the weekend at my daughter's.
The exterior is beautiful.
It's a wonderful bakery where the products are truly tempting.
The cream puffs are amazing, with a wide variety of flavors.
There's a great selection of sandwiches and salads.
And the pastries are delicious.
You can even sit down and have a drink.
I'll definitely go back next time.
