What an incredibly delicate and fragrant experience. Compositions of flavors and complex textures, surprising and magical combinations for our taste buds. Precision work (certainly relentless) which transports us to new flavors. Wonderful. The welcome and support during the meal contribute to the right moment.

Impossible to describe this culinary experience, there are no words, only emotion. The taste buds see all the colors! Very professional and very friendly staff. The owner of the place is discreet and humble, even if he works under the eyes of the guests. The setting is sober but warm. In short, a real moment of happiness in one’s life! Thanks to the whole team

The leader is a magician.
It all starts with the appetizers. It's quite traditional. But here, it is a set of 9 cups which offer varied and refined tastes.
The rest of the meal continues this refinement, always with flowers from the garden to decorate or spice up.
Bravo, the opinions are unanimous and it is justified.
Some downsides:
- mosquitoes: Normal on an August evening and in the middle of nature. Since the restaurant does not offer a solution, we will know that next time we will have to plan ahead
- the setting: Despite the name, we are not in the middle of nature but on a terrace surrounded by small buildings. Not disturbing but worth noting
- wines: They are expensive. A cellar price x 4. This is undoubtedly the norm. We tried to set a budget for the server along with our expectations. Result, a bottle served after the appetizers and a budget not respected. It could have earned an overall rating of 4, but the dishes are really top notch.

We were there on a Thursday lunchtime and we had the starter / 2 course menu (land and sea) / dessert accompanied by non-alcoholic drinks. We were treated to 2 appetizers in addition to the menu and the cuisine is particularly refined and decorated with numerous plants from the garden (we also see the staff regularly coming to the garden to pick what they need).
The dishes are visually magnificent and very fragrant. The meats and fish are impeccably cooked.
We had a great time.
For information, they do bakeries and groceries in shops right next to the restaurant.
We will come back for sure. The lunch prices, so as not to spoil anything, are very affordable for a restaurant of this standing.

Another incredible experience! Thursday was the 4th time this year that we came to discover the menu of chef Sylvain Joffre and his brigade.
Once again, we were surprised and won over.
Local, seasonal, bold and incredibly delicious cuisine.
For vegetarians, the chef and his brigade will delight you with his sublimated vegetables and worked under all the coulters. For everyone else, his gourmet recipes will delight your taste buds!
The team in the room is incredible, caring and has an impressive sense of customer service.
The sommelier always has historical anecdotes about the grape varieties!
We wish a wonderful vacation to the entire En Pleine Nature team and are already looking forward to the fall menu which will, according to the Chef, be subtly scented with citrus fruits!

Already a very positive point is the possibility of pairing dishes with very original non-alcoholic drinks. It's really a plus.
The dishes are meticulous, of impeccable quality, working around the plants, flowers and aromatics of their garden.
Creativity and subtlety are there, all with finesse and delicacy.
The welcome is warm, professional but not stuffy. The only thing to work on is the speed of service between each dish, but perhaps that's a choice for lunch.
The price is completely acceptable.
Thanks to the chef and his team for this moment.

Un accueil agréablissime : il est rare d'être reçu avec des sourires aussi chaleureux. Pour la carte, un choix resserré autour de produits ( chasseur / pêcheur) de grande qualité que le chef sublime dans des accords parfois audacieux mais toujours justes. Un régal !

Une multitude de saveurs dans les plats bien présentés avec des produits de saison et locaux. Agréablement surpris par des mariages d'ingrédients insolites (fraises et betteraves rouges). Originalité et découverte. Une petite réserve sur les vins (quantité/qualité/prix).
