We dined at this restaurant for our wedding anniversary. We chose both set menus, including a vegetarian option, and thoroughly enjoyed every dish: everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and expertly executed. The service was also impeccable, with a very pleasant, attentive, and professional team. The presentation of the dishes was on par with a Michelin-starred establishment. However, despite these qualities, we were somewhat disappointed by the value for money. Having frequented fine dining restaurants, we know that this type of experience represents a significant expense, but we felt that the experience offered didn't entirely justify the price. We have had other gastronomic experiences, sometimes for less money, that have left a greater impression on us, both in terms of the flavors and the overall experience. Nevertheless, it remains a fine establishment, with quality cuisine, impeccable service, and attention to detail. However, considering the price, this experience did not fully meet our expectations.

The chef delighted us once again! Every dish was delicious. A feast for the eyes and the taste buds. The welcome, the atmosphere, and the service were perfect. In short, after four visits to this establishment, we still love it just as much!

Original and high-quality cuisine, as beautiful to look at as it is to eat. A simple yet warm and charming atmosphere. Unique flavors thanks to the combination of numerous flowers, herbs, and plants. A truly lovely place.

For this fifth visit, the pleasure remains intact, even amplified. Chef Joffre's cuisine is distinguished by a rare approach and sensitivity to plant-based gastronomy. The dishes reveal meticulous work on textures, cooking techniques, and combinations, without ever resorting to showmanship. Vegetables are not a substitute; they are at the heart of the experience, sublimated with intelligence and respect for the product, and cleverly interwoven with meat or fish. Let's not forget the front-of-house team either; the service is attentive without being intrusive, natural, and perfectly synchronized with the rhythm of the meal. You feel welcomed, supported, but never overwhelmed. Upon leaving, you are left with this simple yet precious feeling: that of having experienced a truly delightful moment, enhanced by sincere cuisine and a dedicated team.
