A surprise invitation to this restaurant for lunch and I really wasn't disappointed! I love this cuisine made from seasonal and local products. The dishes are very good, full of different flavors and the service is 5 stars.
Being vegetarian is not a problem since the dishes are adapted accordingly, which is not always the case in restaurants like this.

Mixed experience, some good surprises but overall I didn't really like this cuisine
Too much information for each dish, maybe too many ingredients we don't really know what we're eating. Kind service
The meat dish for the menu didn't please me at all, a compress of game meat once again we don't really know what we're eating. Damage

A great experience! Varied vegetarian dishes with new flavors discovered, everything I expect from this type of restaurant. The services are top notch and we are welcomed into a room with an open kitchen, a plus in my opinion.
The non-alcoholic cocktail pairing is a good alternative for those who don't drink or have to drive afterwards.

An enchantment…from start to finish…from starter to dessert…the experience is sensational. Head-turning plates, incomparable flavors and tastes, kept us suspended the entire time. What a pleasure to find seasonal vegetables and wild plants cooked and enhanced by an inspired chef. What a joy to see the ballet that takes place in the kitchen, fluid, organized and calm. And, because without that, nothing would be the same, a perfect, passionate and exciting service. In short, a delicious moment that we can't wait to reproduce. Thank you very much to all!

Top cuisine, exquisite flavors but deplorable service which just for that does not justify the star. We asked for sparkling water, still water arrived, the cutlery and dishes were put down in a hurry. And after explaining why I couldn't drink white wine for a wine pairing (3 glasses) I was refused 3 glasses of red, only 2 but with the price of the meal unchanged. And I still haven't understood the reason because it seems to me that it is the customer's choice not to ideally pair their dish with their wine, especially for the reasons mentioned. This meal was a gift and the person who gave it to us will inform the Michelin guide.

We cannot give less than 5 stars for this restaurant which easily stands out for its taste and impeccable service.
Sensitivity to nature is felt in every dish.
The food and wine pairings are divine and out of the ordinary.
Very nice experience and restaurant at the level of expectations

My favorite restaurant!
On a large radius!
Kitchen. Inspiration. Congruence.
After having lunch several times at this table, we dined around a 6-course variation with food and wine pairing. At a table allowing you to enjoy the team dance.
Moving.
The adjective that seems most accurate to me.
We will come back. Of course !
