Given the rave reviews, we expected better. For the price, there weren't any expensive basic ingredients; what we got was cabbage in every conceivable form...you have to like cabbage... However, the starter deserves a very good mention, and the undeniable skill in flavoring is evident in the dishes, but nothing truly "wow." The waiters' pompous, machine-gun-like recitation of the rare spices and herbs in the verrines adds nothing, since it's all forgotten during the tasting...a small menu would have sufficed. The dessert on the set menu included kiwi (not mentioned on the menu), and when I told the waiter I was allergic, he practically yelled at me for not mentioning it...I must admit, I didn't think of it, as it's very rare in desserts, and I wasn't the only one in the room with a kiwi allergy...the chef and his team made a different dessert. Perhaps we just had bad luck with the cabbage theme. This Michelin-starred restaurant wasn't to our taste.

Clearly one of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in the region. Incredible work with vegetables, original flavor combinations, and a very refined sense of aesthetics. The attentive, responsive, and very flexible service. They were able to adapt to some challenging constraints. Great place, thank you.

It's a gourmet restaurant where the cuisine is very creative and excellent. The dishes served are well-chosen and balanced; they're not the kind you can easily recreate at home!

My favorite Michelin-starred restaurant near Toulouse. Creative, light cuisine with flavor and texture combinations that have always impressed me. A selection of non-alcoholic drinks is available, as well as a fine wine list: these aren't just label wines, but carefully selected wines from a very extensive cellar full of surprises. The restaurant also features a delightful bakery and a wine shop offering the same wines and expert advice as the restaurant. I can't go here often enough.

An explosion of often unfamiliar flavors. Bravo to the Chef and his team. Highly recommended and definitely worth repeating. The price reflects the quality of the food. Best of luck.

We came for dinner with the intention of trying the "Vegetable-Only Menu." Overall, we had a pleasant evening, but there are several points to note: - The downstairs dining room is quite noisy due to the kitchen, the comings and goings on the stairs, and the noise from the dining room above. - The service was very cold at first... then relaxed later (thank you to the sommelier!), and no one explained the menus to us. - We therefore expected a truly vegetarian-only menu, meaning without any animal products... but this is not the case. You have to specify if you are vegetarian or vegan so they can adapt the menu accordingly! And when we mentioned this to the chef at the end of the meal, the response was "it's almost vegetarian"... they need to explain the difference between "exclusively" (as advertised on their website) and "almost." As vegetarians, we wouldn't have come to eat there if this weren't the case.

After several visits, we have never been disappointed. A truly excellent experience each time, with immense respect for the ingredients, and a genuine (and I mean genuine) vegetarian menu that does justice to our local vegetables. A huge special mention goes to the very talented sommelier who is a real asset to the restaurant.
