Nothing more to say than: PERFECT. The dishes are excellent, varied and have wonderful flavors. For lovers of good meals, good ingredients and seasonal products, this restaurant is the best possible value for money if you are looking for an original and qualitative menu close to a gastro. (I even ate better here than in the great gastronomic restaurants in Lyon) The service is top notch and the menu changes every month. A very good time had. No stars but they are well deserved! See you soon for sure

A restaurant worthy of the great tables. A warm welcome, very refined dishes, a presentation that can be enjoyed with the eyes and the tasting of the dishes is sublime and tasty. Very good value for money Aperitif accompaniment, coffee accompaniment, tablecloths and cloth napkins, everything is there, no false notes. And this with a smile. Well done ladies

A small room with around twenty seats very nicely decorated, a minimalist menu promising fresh and carefully cooked products, a saying that says it all displayed above the entrance to the kitchen. This sets the scene, served with a smile and professionalism by an efficient waitress. The menu offers 3 options between €42 and €60. The dishes are refined, creamy and tasty. The precision work, both in cooking and in respecting fresh products, is evident. The only downside lies in an unbalanced wine list which includes certain bottles at prohibitive prices (more than €70). This is a shame as the choice of wines around €35 ​​remains relatively small. “Entre Terre et Mer” is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants around the Tour de Salvagny. We can only recommend!

Cuisine gastronomique où le plaisir des papilles n’a d’égal qu’avec celui des yeux. Gravlax de truite excellent et cuisson de l’omble chevalier parfaite, le dessert au chocolat une tuerie… bref un très bon moment. Merci! Tarifs raisonnables, accueil et service pros.

This place is a bistronomic culinary revelation! 6-course menu :) The dishes follow one another and are more delicious than each other. The fish is cooked to perfection.
