Super reliable for fast food and a functional drive-thru, even if it's sometimes slow! The food is really good.

Things are improving compared to the initial launches. Out of more than ten attempts, I've only had one error in a command.

Nuggets were okay. Smoky chicken was also okay. Ketchup was a bit stingy. The portion of fries was mediocre.

The meal was piping hot, and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. I recommend the corn. We will definitely be back.

After a 30-minute wait (understandable, I know), I finally got my order. While checking it, I pointed out that the Caesar salad was missing. Only then did one of the staff members say, "Yes, I was going to tell you." He could have done so as soon as I confirmed it was my order, and even better, while preparing it! I find it absurd to prepare an incomplete order WITHOUT mentioning that one item was missing (if it had been dessert, maybe...). And honestly, I'm very disappointed with how the staff handled this! It's worth noting that they generously included the salad dressing in the bag... Anyway, I got a refund and left. I wasn't going back to the Kingersheim location anyway because they were always out of everything (and sure enough, they were out of salad too). BK is finished for us.

I found my double Whopper cheese delicious. My wife thought her meat was overcooked, and there was no salad or peppercorn sauce in her double steakhouse. My son didn't like his Whopper or hamburger and didn't finish them. The floor looked greasy and sticky. No table was clean. After asking someone to clean, they only cleaned our table and dropped crumbs on the seat. They cleaned it after we told them to. Three minutes later, another employee cleaned two tables the same way and left, leaving all the other tables dirty. A customer came in and sat on a French fry that was on their seat. The employees were very busy. So, the extra touch of table cleaning is vital to avoid driving customers away. My wife will not be returning to Burger King. The app needed an update. I no longer had my password, and no link was sent. Please fix all of this.

Nice burger. A good King burger.

The toilets were completely filthy and hadn't been cleaned for at least a week.
