An interesting, dynamic, and innovative space. The welcome is warm, and wheelchairs are available for those with reduced mobility. Everything is done to facilitate the visit. The exhibition "Peterliners, a Transatlantic Aesthetic" offers a multifaceted perspective on the history of Atlantic crossings, unfortunately now replaced by airplanes. Aesthetic vision, celebrity vision, artistic vision, historical vision—a great time, as always, when we come to MUMA.

A nice place to spend an hour or two. There was a nicely set up exhibition about cruise ships and in the own collection there were a few interesting works. The first Saturday of the month free entrance.

A very good permanent collection and the current temporary exhibition on ocean liners was amazing. It's a shame there isn't a catalog of the permanent collection. I had to fall back on a catalog of an exhibition of works loaned by the museum to an Italian museum (arte salvata, works taken to safety during the Second World War).

06/03/2026: The lamb has a strong gamey smell; those who can tolerate that can come. Mussels are only available in July during the summer, so don't go there empty-handed. The octopus is seasoned okay, but the meat is a bit tough. The restaurant has a great atmosphere.
26/02/2026: Great experience at lunchtime! Very pleasant welcome, sharing platter... ideal for lunch! Excellent homemade tart. Highly recommended.

22/03/2026: The welcome and departure were very good, but things got complicated when it came to the service. Taking our order was fine, no complaints there, but once we were served, a waiter shouted a bit too loudly, some dishes arrived too many or not at all, there was a really long wait between courses, and the waitress wasn't very friendly and practically sighed when we politely told her that something wasn't one of our dishes. Serving a table of 12 was a bit complicated, despite a decent organization for taking each order. I think they're capable of serving tables of 6 maximum, but no more than that. The food itself was good. Perhaps we just happened to be there on a particularly stressful evening for our servers.
