A warm welcome, friendly and attentive staff. The dishes (the Flemish carbonnade and Welsh rarebit didn't have their usual taste, perhaps due to the preparation?) and desserts were good, including the merveilleux, which wasn't too sweet, but I didn't find it to be good value for money. A very positive point: the fries are excellent, I highly recommend them!

Hello We came to your establishment for lunch today, there were five of us at table 22. How can I put it? It wasn't just good, it was excellent! 😍 We have absolutely no complaints about the dishes served, both in terms of quality and quantity—the portions were very generous. A huge congratulations to the entire front-of-house and kitchen team! I had the chance to tell the chef 🧑‍🍳 before leaving. It's a shame it's so far away; we come from Arras, because we would come more often. But for those who are hesitant, come without any worries, without a second thought, but remember to book! A very pleasant place. Homemade cuisine of excellent quality. Very pleasant setting. We were served by Manon this Sunday, October 11th, a smiling and pleasant waitress who does her job with passion. A bistro of incredible quality, both in taste and presentation.

We had a very, very good time. Attentive waitresses and generous meals.

We had a meal there for a birthday celebration. The setting is very pleasant, in a former school. The service was impeccable, but unfortunately, in terms of price/quality, it's nothing like a (real) traditional pub. Expensive for the quality. The fries were far too crispy, the Welsh rarebit didn't seem to have soaked in the beer (it stuck to the bottom of the dish), the carbonnade was very greasy, and the potjevleesch had an excessive amount of jelly 😬. A table costing over €700 and not even a complimentary coffee... perhaps they're deliberately trying to avoid customer loyalty 🤔

Warm atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Typical decor. Very good food.

A superb place that takes us back in time and, as always, offers delicious dishes...special mention for the homemade potjewlesch...amazing fries!
