Service is often an experience at Ninkasi... Order errors are very common. The burgers are very good, the value for money is excellent but it is tiring to always wait for a waiter to order or to correct an order taken incorrectly. The beers are quite decent for a beer bar but it's a shame that there aren't more new ones on tap.

We went to this establishment on the recommendation of a friend, and we were not disappointed. The dishes offered are really very good, with the addition of a vegetarian option for all those presented on the menu. Likewise, if you come just to have a drink, you will have a really interesting choice with and without alcohol. It is interesting to note that it is a Lyon franchise, with quite a few local products.

A great meal as usual at Ninkasi. The wait was a little long due to a young team but this was quickly made up for by the professionalism and kindness of the teams.

Impeccable service and advice, Amé best server non-negotiable. Walid the boss in the kitchen, Morgan service 10/10, Sophie new in training very good recommendation in whiskey, Rémi best pader, Elodie best bartender. WOW

11/09/2024: An unmissable gem! Entirely homemade dishes served in a home-like atmosphere. The boss serves his work with love, you will not be disappointed. Even the toilets are clean... I recommend!

29/12/2023: The food is very good. The owner is very friendly. The room is small and unfortunately gets noisy, but too bad. The food is excellent.
08/12/2023: Restaurant de quartier (république/Tolstoï Villeurbanne). Du choix, des produits frais et une addition très correcte, je recommande. D'ailleurs il vaut mieux réserver, c'est généralement plein!
