Etoile de Saint-Malo sur Saint-Malo

A wonderful discovery! We wanted to try something different from our usual restaurant and we were very pleased. The buffet isn't as extensive as some other all-you-can-eat buffets, but the quality more than makes up for it. The service is impeccable. It was the first time in ages that we were offered hot towels at the end of our meal. Perfect! 👍 We will definitely be back.

Great restaurant, great service

We had a lovely evening; the buffet was delicious from appetizers to desserts, and the whole team was very attentive and friendly. The sake(s) offered by the kind owners were delicious; I only regret not having had time to sprinkle some coarse salt on the sake before leaving 😉. This evening during the eclipse, we received a very warm welcome with smiles 😉😉😉. The drinks were very cold with ice cubes 👍👍👍, as was the carafe of water. I've eaten at many different Asian restaurants, and I have to rank this one number 1 (L'Étoile de Saint-Malo). The atmosphere is intimate and simple, and the food is truly excellent, especially the steamed dishes. Atmosphere: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Food: 10/10 Drinks: 10/10 Desserts, especially the ice cream: 10/10 If you're ever in Saint-Malo, I highly recommend having a meal there. Very quiet. Nice atmosphere. Small buffet, so less choice, but the quality is there. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but the staff are super friendly and smiling. It was my first time there and I wasn't disappointed.

We came to eat here tonight as a family and, as usual, we were very happy! Clean, appetizing, and delicious. The staff is always very pleasant and easy to talk to. We'll be back at the beginning of August as soon as the chocolate fountain is back 🍫. It's a shame they stopped serving the small sake cups; they were a nice touch, but it's not the restaurant's fault at all. All the best.
