A magnificent culinary and personal discovery. What can I say about a place where you're welcomed with such enthusiasm and a smile? Mathieu, the owner, guides you throughout your meal, offering the chance to discover some hidden gems. A tip: at lunchtime, don't hesitate to try the five-course tasting menu. A wonderful place, a chef with a true gift. We'll be back to try the winemaker's menus.

The food is very good and prepared with quality ingredients. The servers were super friendly. The service was a little slow, but the terrace is perfect for a summer lunch near the Gardette square.

03/10/2026: Had a great time, the service was great, she spoke in English and explained to me everything. Had a reservation with Fork and got my discount, but there is a daily menu which seems more affordable. Got the, Confit de conard, it was delicious

16/10/2026: I can confirm that the food is good, and finally, the portions are decent. But the real plus is the staff: they were all kind and helpful, diligent in supervising the pace of the dishes and making sure everything was running smoothly. I won't dwell on the ambiance because it's extraordinary, and that alone is worth the visit.
15/10/2026: A new contender for "best fish I've had in Paris." Really amazing. The chef makes bold, exciting choices, without being weird or "experimental." And the crème brûlée is wonderfully light. It can be thick and heavy on the sugar in some restaurants. This place also has the ideal blend of speed, efficiency, and "don't bother the customer unless they gesture for help." As an American who is tired of American servers who pester me every five minutes, the French experience is relaxing and calm - yet this staff seems to appear exactly when I need something...like a crème brûlée A great place. Go there.
