A magnificent culinary and personal discovery. What can I say about a place where you're welcomed with such enthusiasm and a smile? Mathieu, the owner, guides you throughout your meal, offering the chance to discover some hidden gems. A tip: at lunchtime, don't hesitate to try the five-course tasting menu. A wonderful place, a chef with a true gift. We'll be back to try the winemaker's menus.

A top-notch culinary experience while maintaining a very pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The food is full of surprises, and everything is simply delicious. The service is excellent—attentive but not overbearing, just the way we like it. The wine list is very good.

We had a very pleasant time at Eunoé. The service was truly excellent, with a special mention for the waiter, who seemed to be the manager. Very friendly and attentive, he took the time to explain the menu, guide us in our choices, and present the different dishes with great simplicity. The menu is quite short, but for me, that's actually a good sign: you can tell there's real work behind each dish and that it's far removed from the fast-food approach. And that's something I particularly appreciate these days in Paris, where some restaurants sometimes give the impression that everything is prepared in advance and has to be served as quickly as possible. Here, on the contrary, they take their time. You can see the chefs working at the back of the dining room, and it really shows in the food. The dishes were delicious, but above all, far from bland or monotonous. There's a real focus on flavors, textures, and the subtle touches that punctuate the tasting experience. For me, the success of a dish lies precisely in its ability to surprise from beginning to end, without giving the impression of having exactly the same thing in your mouth with each bite. And that's clearly what we found here. A truly wonderful discovery, with refined cuisine, generous in flavor, and service that genuinely enhances the experience. We'll gladly return!
