I was hospitalized in room 131B at the Saint Privat Polyclinic in Béziers for a severe bowel obstruction with complications, as I also have a stent related to a urostomy. Initially seen in the emergency room after being attended to by the fire department, I was transferred to Dr. Daudé's ward and treated there until my discharge on May 30, 2026. I recovered quickly and very effectively. I would like to attest to the professionalism of the ward staff and their attentive listening. The staff were very kind. The caregivers were smiling and happy to be there to help me. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be at work and to help their patients. Excellent welcome, top-notch staff

An unplanned stay at this clinic, which I wasn't familiar with. I arrived at the emergency room and was seen within an hour. I was taken to a room, had surgery, and went home. All the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Marion, the urology nurse anesthetist, who reassured me and said just the right things before bedtime.

Very large but well signposted. Friendly and welcoming staff.
