I was hospitalized in room 131B at the Saint Privat Polyclinic in Béziers for a severe bowel obstruction with complications, as I also have a stent related to a urostomy. Initially seen in the emergency room after being attended to by the fire department, I was transferred to Dr. Daudé's ward and treated there until my discharge on June 30, 2026. I recovered quickly and very effectively. I would like to attest to the professionalism of the ward staff and their attentive listening. The staff were very kind. The caregivers were smiling and happy to be there to help me. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be at work and to help their patients. I wanted to thank the entire hospital team! From my arrival at the emergency room, where I was seen quickly, to my admission (I waited very little in the waiting room, I was seen promptly, arriving at 7:30 pm, started an IV less than 30 minutes later, and taken to my room at 11:30 pm). My hospital stay went very well too; the whole team was very kind. The nurses were always available if needed and took excellent care of me. I never felt uncomfortable there at any point.

The clinic has some of the most competent and caring staff. Thank you for their kindness and empathy towards patients.
