Face Baie sur Merville-Franceville-Plage

Restaurant located at the end of a long path, at the nautical base giving a super pleasant setting on the Orne estuary. The menu is well crafted, everything was very good and the service is warm. The prices are a little high for the region but the setting quickly makes us forget this detail.

Very smiling, pleasant staff, attentive to customers. Very coordinated and no waiting service I highly recommend and congratulate the managers for their organization and management.

We ate lunch with a magnificent view of the sea and great sunshine. We ate well but a little disappointed by the portions with the prices being quite high... 11€ for the dessert certainly revisited but really not very filling... All the servers were very friendly and the decor was great.

The food is good, there is a choice. Everything started very well but there was a technical problem when we arrived. We were under the pergola facing the sea and the heating had to be turned off, we understood that the leads must have blown but no explanation was given by the restaurant. The temperature therefore dropped suddenly around 8:45 p.m. to 13/14°C in the middle of winter. Nothing was offered to us to be able to put us back in the heated restaurant or warm us up like a blanket, a hot drink... No apology and no explanation from the waiters or even the restaurateur... I understand that no one could nothing to this technical problem but it is still the responsibility of the restaurateur to ensure the comfort of his customers. a small coffee offered at the end of the meal does not cost much and helps the customer to take the pill. The kitchen is not everything...the service also counts in an establishment that charges your prices.

Restaurant with a very nice setting and waitresses. On the other hand, we had a sea cuckoo, miniature plates, the same for desserts. Disappointing meal, we won't go back.

Exceptional setting, perfect cuisine, it was just perfect

Very pleasant restaurant in an exceptional site in the sun ☀️ The seafood platter with lobster is excellent, the 1/2 lobster with thermidor sauce is good but a little tight considering the prices, and I think there is something better than fries to accompany it. Good but salty note.
