06/08/2026: Simply superb. The sommelier was amazing with the wines. Riesling was fresh and exciting. Plus the rum was to die for. Food was incredible and overall a beautiful experience for my wife and me.

27/07/2026: A moment suspended in time, refined cuisine, exceptional ingredients! We first discovered Chef Shinichi Sato at Passage 53, a restaurant that had already made a lasting impression. At Blanc, the setting is magnificent, elegant, and serene; each dish showcases exceptional ingredients with precision and finesse. We opted for the tasting menu with wine pairings: a discovery of signature dishes, with a particular favorite being the caviar with oyster ice cream and the beef, and a wonderful discovery of some truly excellent wines. The desserts are exquisitely crafted and provide a perfect ending to the meal. Truly top-notch cuisine! In short, a truly wonderful experience that we highly recommend. A huge thank you to the chef and his entire team, whom we had the pleasure of meeting!
