Famille Moutier sur Thenac

Honestly, an exceptional experience at Famille Moutier ❤️ The food is absolutely delicious, and each dish is paired with a perfectly matched wine. And the staff... incredibly kind, down-to-earth, and welcoming. You feel truly pampered from beginning to end. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone, without hesitation! A real gem ❤️🍷

Everything is more than good, homemade. A wide selection of menus, wine paired with each course. An XXL cheese platter. Amazing desserts, and to top it all off, the Moutier family, lovely and attentive to their customers. A must-try! 😁

What a hidden gem. This was a back up option we found when another nearby restaurant we wanted was closed. And what a great find. Fantastic home-cooked authentic cuisine of the region, in a classically French setting. I dont think it has changed since the mid 1980s, but it's all the better for it. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend! This was my fifth visit, and once again, we left delighted. This time, I was accompanied by my wife and a friend I was eager to introduce to this place. All three of us loved it. The concept is fantastic: a set menu where absolutely everything is included—amuse-bouches, aperitifs, main courses, carefully paired wines, cheeses, digestifs… all for €49! At this level of quality and generosity, it's quite incredible. The portions are generous, everything is delicious, the service and atmosphere are warm and welcoming, and the setting is truly delightful. People come here to eat, of course, but also to enjoy a truly convivial experience. And when you know that this establishment has been around since 1965, you understand that such longevity is no accident. Excellent from start to finish: setting, atmosphere, welcome, quality, quantity, and value for money. An authentic place we wish we could find more often. We'll definitely be back! 5 stars, well deserved.

Excellent restaurant with homemade cuisine... A real treat. I'll gladly return. Warm, friendly welcome. Thank you. What a pleasure to have such a wonderful time. See you very soon.

A bottle that's not flat... 😳 A real treat and a delight 😁 I highly recommend it

The salads feature very thin slices of duck breast. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

This is the first time I've given 5 stars for everything, but this hostel definitely deserves them.

Beautiful french ritual for dinner. No rush, good to appreciate the moment with family and/or friends or a romantic time. Amazing people, and place.

Most amazing food and ambiance, been coming here for 20 years on a yearly basis
