Iconic restaurant in Paris. Definitely one of the most obscure places I’ve ever eaten as once you enter, you’re in what can only be described as Pinocchios house! It’s tight, wooden and there’s simply no explanation for the decor. It is wonderful, every bite is an absolute delight and despite visiting multiple times, I find myself getting the EXACT same thing because it’s THAT good, I don’t want to get something else and miss out. Yes it’s small and you have to get up in order to let others be seated but the waiters are nice, the service is quick and the food.. it’s a must when visiting Paris.

Went there with my boyfriend, because he saw somewhere that it is Kanye West’s favourite restaurant in Paris. We texted the day before to get a table, and they let us know around 6pm on the day we wanted to go. We got a table, and ordered the burger and the macaroni, cheese and ham! It was very good.

Cute spot - make your reservation a head of time! Very tasty & unique! Expansive menu - had to get the famous burger I really enjoyed it and the balance of flavor. Mac n cheese is also delicious, tastes like cacio e pepe mac

Staff are so friendly. Avocado Salad is tasty. Food is delicious. But it is overpriced and no value for money. I recommend to increase the portion a bit. Maybe because we came for the burger but they said it is out. Just check and give them a call beforehand.

A unique place in Paris! We shared several starters, and fell in love with the white tarama, the croquettes and the minute cocktails, very fresh and delicious. We have a timeless, friendly time there!

I understand tables in Europe are usually on top of one another, but nobody could get out of their seat. It was ridiculous. I was practically eating dinner with the people next to me. I got the infamous cheeseburger and asked for the pickles to be removed from the burger and was given a cold no. They dont let you make any edits to the menu. The burger was fine but for the extreme hype it is given, I was unimpressed. The fries were good. I got the churros with chocolate for dessert. The churros were hard and not fluffy as churros should be. Am I happy I went? Sure. Do I need to go back? No.

06/09/2024: A very beautiful building with the belfry, its clock, the sculpted balcony and the sculptures on the exterior facade
04/09/2024: I had to leave from this train station to get to Barcelona-Sants and it was so easy to get to Gare de Lyon from the train station in Saint-Denis. It's a very busy station but it was clean and there was a lot of staff to help passengers. The staff members were lovely and gave good advice and directions. It was my first time using the high speed train service in Paris so they were able to explain the process. The platform number is only confirmed approx. 20 minutes before the departure time and you'll need to use your ticket QR code to scan to pass through the gate at the platform. I bought my ticket via eurail. Note that your Global Pass is scanned on the train by a train conductor not at the gate. Lots of seating is around the train station and not sure about the bathroom situation as I didn't use it while I was there but I don't think the public bathroom is free of charge. There are lots of eateries and little shops/kiosks to purchase food, snacks and beverages to take on your journey with you. I didn't see a place to buy postcards though. There were a few beggars around the station but just politely refuse if you don't have euros to give them. In general, July is a busy time of year because of the season and even more so in my case as I was in Paris for the Olympics. Great location and I really loved the Olympic spirit that the station displayed.
