The staff is welcoming, efficient, and accommodating (for example, letting us take a doggy bag). There were some nice surprises, like the strawberry sorbet for dessert. But there were also a few missteps: the guinea fowl was far too dry, with very little sauce to accompany it, and the lentils were much too overcooked. You can tell there's great potential, but this time it fell a bit short.

Nothing but positive things to say, although I'm biased, they're my ex-in-laws 😅 Nevertheless, the food is locally sourced, the portions are generous, the service is impeccable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. For those who haven't been yet, you absolutely must go and leave (if you can manage to tear yourself away from the table 😉) after a visit to the shop where they sell their products. Personally, I recommend the cherry wine with Espelette pepper, their foie gras, and the slices of smoked duck.

A wonderful discovery! The farm is nestled in nature, a truly magnificent setting. We received a warm and welcoming reception. Our meal was delicious. Congratulations to all the people who work so hard to bring joy to those they welcome to their table.
