The experience in general was ok. It was not bad but I would not go back. The staff tried to be kind of friendly but they were pretty busy, took a while to take our order and did not care much that we didn’t understand French (as most French people). The food was not bad but it was not specially good either. It was an ok experience. We ate the 3 of us for 140 euros. So if you like to spend the money in special places maybe this is not the one. But if you just want to have a place to eat something with friends and family you might have a good experience.
Very disappointed with this Inn. We went there in April 2023, very good. Is this the vacationer effect!!!. The entry was still correct. The dish was severely lacking in ingredients or volume. Regarding the dessert, we would have thought we were the muffin seller with a delay of at least 45 minutes. After restarting we are told that everything is fresh here, it takes time to prepare and heat up!!! way too long!!!
Coming for a weekend in the Dordogne, our host recommended this restaurant to us which is worth the detour! Great welcome, great food and great place... Very warm and delicious, a top team, I highly recommend!
