The welcome was truly warm, the setting magnificent, The service impeccable and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals (pork escalope, veal escalope, rabbit, or beef steak) – the portions were generous. Our rooms were spacious, with a large bathroom. A superb and wonderfully peaceful natural setting. We will be back. Thank you for everything.

Quaint restaurant for day trips from the village. Small but excellent menu.

Very quiet location, exceptionally beautiful and well-maintained accommodation with very friendly staff. Excellent cuisine in the restaurant. Breakfast was more like what you'd expect from smaller accommodations in France: a petit déjeuner, but everything was fresh and fine. I couldn't find anything to criticize.

This was our second time staying there for cycling trips. It's always fantastic, and I highly recommend it. The rooms are modern and clean. The food is absolutely superb. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks for the wonderful stay :)

We had an excellent weekend, both in terms of the family-run hostel and the accommodation, which was friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was great, and there was snow too!

We only went there for a meal and were absolutely thrilled! Authentic, hearty, and delicious food, great prices, and a charming, rustic atmosphere. We'll definitely be back, maybe even staying overnight, because the mill looks fantastic, is in a very romantic and secluded location, and simply won us over.

Beautiful and peaceful location. We stayed one night in the "Children's House." It's clean and comfortably furnished. It has a double bed and a single bed, and an extra bed is also available. The staff were friendly and spoke German. The animals were kept in good conditions, except for the rabbits (there are cows, horses, and a few goats). The dishes in the restaurant were tasty, fresh, and authentically Alsatian. However, it's not very suitable for vegetarians or vegans, as it mainly uses animal products. We visited spontaneously after Christmas. We're planning to come back with our children in the summer. It's also worth mentioning that there's a small swimming pool and a children's adventure/climbing park within walking distance, but we couldn't explore them further because they were closed at that time of year. All in all, a great base for hiking and exploring.
