A superb experience at this inn in the Pilat region.
Everything on the menu was delicious. The coq au vin was divine, accompanied by a sublime gratin dauphinois.
For dessert, I opted for the lemon meringue tart; a pure delight that I highly recommend.
The dining room is very beautiful, but... the paintings hanging there detract somewhat from the ambiance. That was my only complaint.
A must-try, and you won't be disappointed. I will definitely return.
This is our fourth visit in the last month. We love it. Everything is excellent. The country omelet in the evening is to die for, and the roast chicken at lunchtime is just as good. I've finally rediscovered the taste of the chicken my grandparents, who were farmers, used to make.
The charcuterie is unlimited. And the portions are enormous.
The setting is idyllic. The waitresses and waitresses are lovely, kind, and always attentive to their customers. Myriam and Christophe's cooking is excellent.
The price is really reasonable considering the quality and quantity. You can easily afford to come several times a year. It's so good you'll want to come back. You can go without hesitation.
