A friendly and welcoming place with a real authenticity. Good food. I always enjoy coming back.

Nice lunch on a weekend with my son. Easy to get to and the service was friendly :)

The good: Idyllic setting, impeccably clean rooms and bathrooms. The bad: The bedding was unfortunately very disappointing. My 16-year-old son's mattress sank into a veritable basin, and the bed frame creaked with the slightest movement, making a good night's sleep virtually impossible. When we reported the problem, the owner's proposed solution was: "Sing him a lullaby, he'll eventually fall asleep." A rather surprising response considering the price of the stay. The fire doors that slammed shut regularly were also very annoying, especially at night. We were also disappointed by the apple juice, advertised as "homemade," but which turned out to be Sauter brand, charged at €6 a glass. Furthermore, serving soup as a starter when it was 38°C outside left us perplexed. Finally, breakfast seemed rather basic. Overall, we were disappointed, especially considering the total bill. The setting is magnificent, but some of the services and the welcome were unfortunately not up to the price charged.

We loved everything: the view, the welcome, the food, the rooms… For me, it’s the best farm-inn in the region!

Amazing ferme auberge, with great views, warmly decorated, respectful and good service and the best food I had in Alsace/Vosges. The prices of drinks and food are more than reasonable. One can do many hikes from the ferme, but just staying there and enjoying the scenary and animals makes a lovely day.

A superb experience at the foot of the Petit Ballon! A luxurious farm inn with a hearty evening meal and a very good breakfast. It's a shame that water is charged at the table: we were told it was due to the drought, but there are no restrictions on drinking water. It's a shame to restrict drinking water in a hiking area. Perhaps they should consider installing dry toilets and setting timers on the taps to limit shower time before charging for drinking water?

We enjoyed a break with drinks and cake. The staff member at the counter was very friendly.

A very nice farm inn with excellent Alsatian cuisine, beautiful rooms, and absolutely lovely hosts. The farm inn is highly recommended.
