Ferme Auberge Les Prenzieres sur Saulxures-Sur-Moselotte

10/09/2024: Finally, a truly good Italian restaurant in the Vosges! As Italian food lovers, we stopped to eat on the terrace, in a pleasant setting with the river right next to it. Always disappointed when I order risotto in restaurants in France, I wanted to try it here. And what a surprise! Perfectly cooked, the spices, the sauce, the octopus, and the fresh prawns! Delicious! Finally, a risotto that has flavor, that isn't shaved like we're used to. You can see that there's a chef who knows and loves what they do. My wife and our son ordered pizzas, nothing to complain about: the dough, the ingredients, and the cooking. Welcome to Italy (and even there, we don't often get this quality). In short, we will return and highly recommend it.

26/08/2024: For those who criticize this place for both the wait and the quality of the food, I readily tell them that they should go to a fast food restaurant, not a restaurant! We've been customers for several years, and this restaurant is top-notch, both in terms of the quality of the food and the welcome. The food is seasonal, many of which come from local or Italian producers. It's best to make a reservation because it's a very popular restaurant, and for good reason.
