Once inside, you feel like you're in someone's home, surrounded by a few tables and the owner, who seems to have been waiting for you forever. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and not just because the stove is roaring: the other diners clearly understand the culinary performance unfolding before them. The experience is truly exceptional: from the zucchini soup, where the classic "Mémé" blue cheese easily wins the day, to the truffade – a must-try – and its gargantuan platter of charcuterie, intended for two, which could easily feed half a rugby team. You'll have to restrain yourself from choosing among the numerous homemade and nostalgic desserts, each vying for your attention with its deliciousness, starting with the pear charlotte. The red wine is crisp, the bill unbeatable, and the moment truly timeless.
