Ferment sur Paris

Lunch menu with leeks as a starter and beef as a main course, both well prepared, however in a restaurant with the name "Ferment" I expected a greater emphasis on this way of cooking. On the well composed and healthy meal that I had, on the other hand they were too salty for me, hence my slight disappointment but it is a superb address all the same with great service (only one pleasant person in the dining room who handles ten place settings very well).

Petit restaurant simple, sans chichis, en plein cœur du 9e. Une carte courte avec 2 entrées, 3 plats et 2 desserts au choix. Le service est poli et efficace, les plats sont bons. Je recommande ce restaurant si vous êtes de passage dans le quartier

Nice place, with nice service. Really delicious dishes, and the fermented side is a plus 👍. Limited menu (because it is homemade and fresh) but varied and we can easily find our choices according to our preferences (meat, vegetables, fish, small dishes, etc.). The dessert (we had the cheese cake) was great! For the cocktail side, I would have preferred it to be served in classier glasses - it changes the experience. We will definitely come back!
