Pan bagnat/fries. Excellent bread, good vegetables, but not enough tuna mayonnaise. A bit dry, which is a shame. The fries were okay.

French fries! French fries! French fries! A real chip shop, fresh products cooked on-site, generous portions, and a wide selection of dishes. A warm welcome, a friendly, convivial atmosphere, and fries that are both fluffy and crispy, in the true Northern tradition. You won't find anything like it within a 100 km radius!

The fries are so good that even the neighbors across the street would be willing to come back 😄 Crispy, piping hot, generous portions… a real treat! And what can I say about the andouillette? I highly recommend it. 👍

06/06/2026: We had a lovely time at Safran. The service was a little slow to start, especially the drinks. However, once it got going, the appetizers and main courses were served quickly. We were, however, disappointed by the bowl of mussels, which wasn't very full, and by one dish that was far too spicy. Nevertheless, the staff responded very professionally by bringing us two extra portions of mussels and remaking the offending dish. To apologize for these inconveniences, the restaurant also offered us complimentary desserts, which were delicious—a very kind gesture. A big thank you to the waiter, who was friendly, attentive, and responsive throughout the meal. Despite these few areas for improvement, we appreciated the team's responsiveness and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
06/06/2026: The mussels were very good, but not enough. The tiramisu dessert was well-balanced. The weather was pleasant, with a slight breeze.

16/05/2026: Excellent experience! A very warm welcome, especially with two children, including a baby (they provided a changing table and a toilet seat reducer). The galettes were generous and delicious. The atmosphere in the dining room was very pleasant. I highly recommend it!
