Festins De Bourgogne sur Marsannay-La-Cote

For our Golden Wedding Anniversary, we hired Les Festins de Marsannay. We had a complete service: setup, linens, tableware, meal, and service, all in our village hall. During the planning, we were assisted by the team, who provided relevant and professional advice. For the reception, we opened the hall to the team, and they took care of everything. The table settings and arrangements were magnificent. The cocktail reception featured exquisite canapés. The meal was perfect. The service was quick, efficient, and very professional. The cuisine and the kitchen staff were top-notch. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and thank the entire team at Les Festins de Marsannay once again for their excellent service.

As always when we order for the holidays, we're not disappointed. The food is excellent, refined, and sometimes the flavor combinations are surprising but always work perfectly. In addition, the staff is very friendly and always smiling.

Disappointed. To treat ourselves this weekend, I ordered chestnut verrines, scallops with zucchini, and foie gras escalope with apples. The quality of the ingredients was good, but my partner found it bland. No seasoning. The dishes were ordinary. For such high-quality ingredients, and given the price, we expected to enjoy ourselves. But no, what a shame. On the other hand, the foie gras terrine with the scallop carpaccio was absolutely divine.

The service went extremely well, the meal was delicious, and Sarah and the chef were perfect. However, I regret the communication difficulties with Ms. Vagnon (who was not very available) and the sometimes inaccurate quotes I received, which misled my accounting and ultimately resulted in an invoice that wasn't quite what I expected.
