The service was slow because the staff were chatting amongst themselves and forgot about the order.
But it's still one of the best bakeries and pastry shops.

Espresso or Americano coffee has lost all its flavor. It's no longer real coffee, but coffee diluted with water.
Same for the café on Rue Notre Dame in Nancy.

I regularly come for lunch in Limonest; the team is very friendly and efficient.
A small point of feedback for the whole group regarding the trays you use: they are too small. I regularly see your staff struggling to fit everything on them (starter, main course, dessert, drink, etc.).
This is a real ergonomic improvement for your staff, but also for your customers who will no longer see your lovely pastries on coffee saucers 😉.
Also, to be honest, I often order based on what's on the tray.
But I must emphasize that the team is fantastic!

A wide selection of breads and pastries, which are often good.
The downside is that you often have to queue and the prices are quite high.

As a regular customer, I was very pleasantly surprised last week to see St. Honoré cakes again (I love them!). I had understood that they weren't available during the summer. Another week, I had another pleasant surprise to find there was no music. What a relief! Unfortunately, a few days later, the volume was back up. I don't think there will be any fewer customers if the music is very quiet.

Back in Lorraine for the weekend, I couldn't leave without some Lorraine pâté!
I stopped at Feuillette and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The pâtés were excellent, generously filled, and very flavorful.
The only slight downside was the somewhat long wait, but given how busy it was, that's probably the price of success. In the end, it was well worth it. I'll definitely be back!

A small suggestion: you should put "Entrance" on the front door, not the exit door. While you're at it, put "Exit" on the exit door too. It's just common sense 😉
