Excellent restaurant! We had dinner with colleagues in a small private room. The welcome was warm, the staff attentive and very pleasant, the space was both spacious and cozy, and the food was superb: fresh, local produce. The cassoulet is an absolute must (be warned, it's very generous!). The dishes were beautifully presented. All our compliments to the chef! And to his energetic and caring wife. I highly recommend this place and I plan to introduce it to my husband and friends!

We booked a very successful wedding thanks to this restaurant.
We were seated in a truly superb and intimate room.
The staff were very friendly and attentive.
The chef came to see us after the meal, which we appreciated.
The cuisine is absolutely perfect.
We savored every single dish.

We tried the cassoulet yesterday at the Au Fil de l’Eau restaurant, and frankly, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
The foie gras appetizer was excellent: perfectly seasoned, meltingly tender, the perfect way to start the meal.
The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and you really feel comfortable there.
The staff is very kind, attentive, and responsive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

A wonderful place for couples, whether they're just starting out or already in love... Parking is very close, there's plenty of space for privacy at the table, the food is excellent, and the welcome is warm and friendly. For them, 5 stars without hesitation.
