Good food. On the other hand, really too noisy. We asked to go to a quieter area. But we were told that all the tables were reserved and that this was not possible 😞

Very friendly service and interesting all-you-can-eat formula.
However, you really have to be a little patient to hope to order
A little disappointed with the garnish of the flams which were sometimes very light, especially on the Nordic where my two pieces of salmon fought a duel with swords. Although I had a hard time finding them, drowned in tomatoes that I couldn't see.
Likewise for dessert, we are still a little far from Alsatian generosity😥

We came this evening, we were looking for something good and "quick" (30 min to eat)
We had Mary as a waitress who listened to us, it was fast and very good,

Gets busy, reservations recommended.
Service was excellent & friendly.
Food was great and quick, only critique is could use less of the cheese topping base and more toppings spread out evenly.
Everyone at the same table must get the same level of all-you-can-eat options. You have to order one flam at a time but will take your order right away for the next one.

Not bad at all, the only slight downside was that there wasn't much left one weekend late in the evening but understandable!
You can also enjoy board games provided by the staff and table football.
