I regularly go to Flân’elles for a meal or a snack, tea, or dessert. Today I went for tea, and as usual, I received excellent advice, always with a smile, in the very welcoming lounge. It's truly my favorite place to go to relax and recharge. Thank you so much to the whole team; it's a real pleasure every time I come! 💞

As for the waitress, if you're so unpleasant because of your job, consider changing careers. There are many reviews highlighting your lack of professionalism; perhaps it's time for management to take action.
