If there's a place worth a detour, it's Flavio. Refined cuisine as is the service. Very attentive staff from the moment the reservation is made on site. Accepts four-legged companions and accommodates the table layout accordingly. The soul of a certain Serge always hovers there in the middle of a decoration suspending the time of an excellent moment.

A nice surprise awaited us this January 1st. We already knew Flavio before taking over the establishment. Laurent provided a perfect welcome and service from start to finish of the meal. We were able to discover Jozsef's cuisine, a success and remarkable balance. Thank you to the entire Flavio team.

Un excellent restaurant, des plats avec une présentation fine et appétissante et un service au top. Nous sommes venus avec mon compagnon à l'occasion d'un diner romantique, et nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Le cadre et la décoration du restaurant sont superbes, avec peu de tables ce qui permet de rester dans le calme, point grandement appréciable. Les prix sont tout à fait raisonnables au vue de la qualité des plats et de leur présentation. Ce restaurant mérite une bien meilleure note, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés :)

08/03/2024: I went to this restaurant to discover the cuisine. When I arrived, I was made very welcome. The setting is pleasant. The dishes are prepared to order, I was surprised by the delicate attention of offering me a newspaper while I waited between the starter and the main course because I was alone. The dishes are as beautiful as they are excellent. Thank you for the welcome as well as for the beautiful, appetizing plates.
17/02/2024: Everything was perfect ! From the very professional welcome which offers an immediate cloakroom, then the installation and taking of orders with suggestions from the chef, the simply exceptional meal and the dessert worthy of the greatest pastry chefs. This is one of the best restaurants we have had in the region.

31/03/2024: Excellent evening at the Espadrille. Delicious meal, special mention for the very tasty Basque mussels (pepper, chickpeas and Espelette pepper) and the tender beef (7 hours of cooking). Gourmet coffee to match (Basque cake, Catalan cream and succulent apple pie). Fair prices. Very friendly atmosphere. We will come back to it!
31/03/2024: Great discovery for a first for us. Very pleasant restaurant with a warm atmosphere. Copious and quality food. I recommend !
