A fantastic experience for my first visit to this restaurant near the Dunkirk golf course. A warm welcome, a unique set menu where you choose between "fish" or "meat" for the starter and main course, and "caramel" or "fruit" for dessert. You don't know what you're going to eat! This set menu is €29 for a starter, main course, and dessert. The result: splendid in both beauty and flavor. Impeccable service! I'll be back soon.

Lunch this Sunday was excellent and refined; we thoroughly enjoyed it. My sisters share this opinion. The courses were well-spaced, and we weren't rushed, which was pleasant. There was a good selection of dishes, and the wine was quite fabulous. The staff were attentive and very elegant, but we missed a bit of smiles, kindness, and communication; it was rather impersonal. These young people should receive training to interact better with the public (without being shy). Quite noisy in the middle of the meal. A little anecdote: I went to the restroom. The door was open while a customer was inside. He thought he had locked it. He apologized. Indeed, the lock is very difficult to close, and I was locked in myself. I had a lot of trouble opening the door. I think a new lock is essential. The size of your establishment would require a second restroom (for men and women). We would gladly return. We were on holiday in Bray-Dunes, and L'Art de l'Eau was full, so we looked elsewhere and booked with you.

An establishment that has undergone significant changes, adopting a new style with a beautiful, simple, and refined aesthetic. The cuisine is straightforward, lacking any particular embellishment or unforgettable flavor. The foie gras was too cold, almost tasteless, and the bread wasn't very good. The service was rather curt, with numerous unnecessary trips that seemed to lead to nothing, and a waitress with a rather cold tone and no smile. Having only one restroom for the entire restaurant is insufficient. Thank you for the welcome, the service, and the attention.

This time, frankly, I was disappointed. First, the Picon was served in a very small glass, more like a port glass, and really not good at all (I mentioned it to the waiter, who took it back and slightly improved it). Second, we ordered pan-seared foie gras, but it wasn't available. Instead, we were given a rather chocolatey foie gras, which my guests absolutely hated. Then we asked for lamb, but it wasn't available either; it was replaced with beef. In short, we didn't get any of the food we wanted to eat.
