A few words about the regional menu: - as you will see in the photos, quite heavy menu, rich in sauce, meaning that it is an imposed menu. This therefore suggests knowing how to balance the composition without regard for laborious digestion (and yes, a restaurant is an experience during but also after!) - the risk-taking is very interesting but unsuccessful... a delicious veal completely drowned in a peanut sauce which takes over. The genius idea of ​​combining fig and hibiscus, but here again the plant invades the flavors of the fruit. I encourage the chef in his approach, I will come back in a few months.

excellent value for money, I recommend +++ the setting is pretty with the view of the canal. the service is very efficient, fast but not expeditious. the price more than fair, 19.9 starter main course dessert. the dishes are well seasoned, delicious, the presentation is simple but pretty and you leave the table satisfied. too bad to only have 2 menus and no à la carte choice, even if I appreciate the short menus rather than the long ones, which are often synonymous with reheated "bag" dishes. This is homemade, and it's good. And I like traditional cuisine revisited with an exotic touch, even if here it remains discreet (peanut in the gazpacho, black curry in the sauce, mango in the dessert).
