Very good address, refined and original cuisine, all in a unique setting facing the medieval village of Olargues! Not to be missed during a vacation in the region. Prices are quite reasonable compared to what's on offer 😉

Delicate cuisine, uncomplicated service, magnificent view, this restaurant, which was recommended to us, is one to remember. The terrace is pleasant. The dining room is also tempting; we will return in winter to enjoy the fireplace.

Wow, what an experience! I always want to be surprised in a restaurant, but this one was simply fantastic. Aside from the majestic setting and the attentive service, the culinary experience truly lives up to what you'd expect from a very good restaurant. A cultural blend of French cuisine with Nordic and Asian influences, the dishes are superbly balanced between all the floral and delicately spiced flavors. 25/08/2024: une première fois super restaurant en terrasse les assiettes copieusse bien soigner d une présentation au top on voit l amour que porte le chef cuisinier pour sa cuisine quand à sa femme très agréable de la mise en bouche aux desserts on c est vraiment régalé vous nous avez réveille no s papille très jolie hameaux bien fleuris les gens très sympathique on reviendra le 25 août 2024
