We had a wonderful time at Les Fleurs d'Olargues. The food was excellent and the service very pleasant. As for the view, what a joy to see the village from the other side of the river!

We arrived 20 minutes before opening and were still greeted with a smile. We had an aperitif which was very good and beautifully presented. As for the meal, we had the three-course lunch menu for €32. The portions were quite generous, the presentation was lovely, and the taste was magnificent.
In short, if you're ever in the area, definitely stop by.

We have been eating at Fleur d’Olargues for ten years during our regular stays in the village.
It is our restaurant of choice in the whole region!
All our family members and friends have enjoyed a wonderful eating experience on every occasion..
The menu does not change greatly from year to year, but the food is always inventively prepared , beautifully presented and is unfailingly delicious.
The meat, fish and vegetables are always of the highest quality as is the wine (all from excellent local vineyards).!
The people who give out Michelin stars should have a close look at this place.

Exquisite and delicious cuisine with a beautiful view of the village.
My wife and I suffered from heat-related illnesses on May 27, 2026, and the manager and her team demonstrated remarkable composure and kindness. We hope she herself has made a speedy recovery!

Superb reservation with a breathtaking view of the village.
Arrived without a reservation to celebrate my birthday with 6 people and we were warmly welcomed.
We had a wonderful time as a family.
As a bonus, I even got to blow out a candle on my dessert! 🤩
