We've probably been stopping by this magical place for 20 years, always with the same pleasure, and always warmly welcomed by the same (Danish-Filipino) family. The cuisine is consistently original, with a touch of the exotic, and the dishes are prepared with care. The terrace is wonderful in summer, and the dining room is very pleasant in the shoulder seasons. And the service is attentive. This restaurant offers a lot of quality, and the prices reflect that (and a bit quickly for our liking!).

The cuisine more than lives up to the view; it's simply exceptional. The service is friendly and unpretentious. I highly recommend it; it was a wonderful surprise. The dishes are original and seasonal, the wine list features locally sourced wines, and they are served in the best possible conditions. Excellent value for money. A truly special experience.

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant, which offers a lovely view of the small medieval village of Olargues, perched above the river. The cuisine is delicate, flavorful, and surprising. We enjoyed the serenity of the setting as much as the food.

We had absolutely no complaints about our visit! Impeccable and well-paced service. A rather intimate atmosphere. Excellent meal!

We ate there one evening, served by the chef and his children: a surprise amuse-bouche of peas (excellent), excellent bread, and excellent starters, main courses, and desserts. The only gourmet restaurant in the area? This establishment has a family history that continues to unfold over time; stop by because it's still very much alive!

One of the most beautiful restaurants in the world! Owned and operated by such a kind family, the experience felt incredibly personal and welcoming. We were lucky enough to have the young daughter as our waiter, who was so kind, attentive and helpful throughout the entire meal. She told us that her father is the chef and that her grandmother was the one who originally started the business, which made the experience feel even more special. The food was absolutely excellent, beautifully fresh, nutritious, and allowing the quality of the ingredients to speak for themselves rather than being drowned in oil. Every course was unique. The recipes were so creative, with subtle influences from different regions of the world coming together in such a thoughtful way. Every little detail was considered. The atmosphere was just as beautiful, it was calm, relaxed, and incredibly inviting. You could truly feel the passion and family history behind the restaurant. Could not recommend this place more!

We had a wonderful time at Les Fleurs d'Olargues. The food was excellent and the service very pleasant. As for the view, what a joy to see the village from the other side of the river!

We arrived 20 minutes before opening and were still greeted with a smile. We had an aperitif which was very good and beautifully presented. As for the meal, we had the three-course lunch menu for €32. The portions were quite generous, the presentation was lovely, and the taste was magnificent. In short, if you're ever in the area, definitely stop by.
