Flunch sur Saint-Doulchard

The staff were welcoming, both with smiles and politeness! The restaurant and restrooms were clean! It's worth noting that the restaurant is quite large, so we weren't crammed in with other diners! The food was good and inexpensive! There was a wide selection of side dishes! I'm delighted I ate here!

Everything you'd expect from a Flunch, with super friendly staff and perfectly crispy fish and chips. Very good coffee.

Hello, I absolutely do not understand the previous reviews. Were they written by frustrated hipsters incapable of appreciating GOOD French cuisine and surprised to see a SMILING and WELCOMING staff? Yes, the food was delicious, the mussels were cooked perfectly (God knows that all-you-can-eat is no easy feat), the fried food was just right, and the food was always replenished. And above all, the smiles of EVERY person working there (because not one was even remotely neutral in their service, which was always positive) contributed to a most pleasant experience. I hope to be able to return very often, because I imagine that unfortunately, following the closure of neighboring establishments, which naturally isolates the restaurant commercially, business is down... Which goes to show that even without huge numbers and in isolation, you can still produce work of remarkable quality. Thank you.

Nice place, but it was a bit hot.

I came without reading the reviews beforehand, and when I saw the overall rating afterward, I was blown away! Every single employee I saw was incredibly friendly and attentive, even though we didn't ask them for anything. The food was simple and satisfying, made with good ingredients (it's a Flunch, not a five-star restaurant), and for the affordable prices, the quality was truly excellent! The team was energetic and friendly, and the food was worth every penny: why ask for more when you're already getting your money's worth? So, for a Flunch, especially one with such a clean dining area, it's a 5/5!

We stopped by as a family for mussels and fries and rösti Tennessee and had another great experience. The welcome was very pleasant, the service was quick, and the food was top-notch. There was hardly any wait to get more mussels, and the fries were excellent. Our double rösti Tennessee was excellent, no complaints at all. For dessert, the new ice cream sundaes were very generous and very well presented, which was a real treat in this heat. We'll be back! 👍

I highly recommend the mussels 🍟 However, not having ice cubes available during the heatwave (the machine is broken) is unacceptable. It's been broken for a while now; an investment is needed 😰. Following my inquiry, Flunch management told me the ice machine would be repaired quickly. Well, that's not true!!! Three weeks later, it's still not working!!!
