A pleasant, welcoming, and clean restaurant with friendly and excellent staff.
Yesterday was my birthday! My wife mentioned it to the staff, and everyone knows this establishment usually offers a free cake for this kind of occasion, but unfortunately, the restaurant was out of cake. No problem, a solution was quickly found: they offered to replace the cake with an ice cream of our choice (which I really enjoyed; I always get a "Dame Blanche").
Thank you to all the staff for their warm welcome and friendliness.

The starters were nicely presented, however the desserts were a bit dry. The main course (breaded chicken and fish) was unfortunately not labeled with vegetable dishes (different purees, mixed vegetables, etc.). The layout of the store wasn't very clear, and the exit was poorly marked as well.
But we had a good time. €30 for two was reasonable.

I had the opportunity to eat at the Flunch in Montbéliard with some colleagues on March 25, 2026, and I can tell you that I really enjoyed what they offered. There was a good selection of appetizers as well as hot dishes. The unlimited vegetables were all at the right temperature, and the fries were perfectly crispy.
The staff was very friendly and attentive.
Thank you for this experience; I will be back.

The cafeteria is very good, there's something for everyone, it's a shame that the same menu options keep coming up, and the starters are always the same... the cheese isn't always very fresh... and there are flies buzzing around the starter buffet... it's also a shame about the people's loud mobile phones while you're eating next to them... they have very little consideration! And in the evening, there's no option for hot quiches or anything else; it would be a nice change from meat and fish... it would also be more hygienic if some cashiers didn't give change on the tray and the napkin you're using to wipe your mouth! Not very hygienic!

Some staff are much friendlier and more helpful than others; it's a quiet little place to have a coffee ☕. Afterwards, I only ate cakes, which were good but not cold enough. Otherwise, I didn't try the food.
