Very satisfied with the food, served quickly and hot! However, a major disappointment with Mirlinda at the register who took all my details to create my loyalty account and then swiped her own card! That's not cool...

Overall, it was just okay. We went for a snack one afternoon and had some ice cream sundaes, which were good, but the major downside was the staff's attitude. Not a smile, not a kind word, a frosty atmosphere. These young people really need to learn to smile...

Hello, following the closure of Flunch in Échirolles, where we were loyal customers, I switched to Flunch in Chambéry, which we really enjoyed. It's a bit further away, but it made for a nice outing, and the menu has everything you need for a great family meal. We've made our choice and will definitely be back soon! It's great that Flunch is continuing on its path; we need it.
However, they should at least offer a gluten-free, egg-free, and lactose-free menu. It's very difficult to eat anywhere but at home when you have these dietary restrictions.
Nevertheless, I hope for and recommend more customers and the continued success of this restaurant.

The small bowls at the salad bar were full of water. Not wet, just a puddle at the bottom. I asked an employee for a napkin to wipe a bowl so I could serve myself. She brushed me off and left. I did the same. Perhaps it would be a good idea to review how customers are treated, not just the staff. And perhaps wiping the bowls after they come out of the dishwasher would be a good idea too.
