Frankly disappointed by Flunch.
Barely cooked jacket potatoes, a virtually nonexistent selection of vegetables… it's a far cry from the quality and generous portions it used to be.
And to top it all off: we ordered ice cream, and it was served in simple glasses. When we pointed out that they weren't sundaes, we were told, "Yes, they were the last sundaes we received." See for yourself in the photo… The service is clearly unprofessional, and the quality is no longer there. It's a shame, because it used to be a chain we liked.

We ordered an extra drink thinking it was unlimited (like in the US), but the cashier made us pay for it in a rather unfriendly manner. She even tried to charge me for two more drinks. Otherwise, the staff was fine. Only the restrooms weren't clean.

Very disappointed. Yesterday I went to Flunch for afternoon tea with a friend. My friend went to get water for our teas, and the teapots were dirty. My friend pointed this out to an employee who replied that they had other things to do than clean the teapots! Unbelievable! This is unacceptable. There's absolutely no hygiene; it's a disgrace. Avoid this place for your health.

Visited on a Saturday at lunchtime; the service was smooth despite the crowds.
I ordered the classic quarter chicken with unlimited side dishes of my choice.
The chicken was high quality, and the side dishes were always available and of good quality, even with the restaurant being very busy.

Fast food, I was just so disappointed. I came specifically for the all-you-can-eat mussels because I'd heard the ad, and it turns out they're only available in the evening. It's just a minor detail, though.
The kids' menu has decent choices: hamburger, breaded fish, chicken tenders, or a chicken burger!
